All prices for short lets include the following:

A. All applicable taxes (VAT)
B. Change of linen and maid service weekly
C. Gas, water and electricity
D. Fan in each bedroom
E. One gas heater
F. T.V. (basic reception)
G. Fully equipped kitchen including fridge with freezer, cooker, cutleries and crockery.
H. Iron with ironing board

Deposit: A deposit of Euro 100 is to be sent in a form of a cheque addressed to Mr Perry Vella, Seafront Villa, Triq il-Qawra, Qawra, Malta SPB1904 within 10 days after having placed your reservation to secure your booking. Please fill in the reservation form in full. The remaining balance, in Euros, is to be paid in cash, in full upon your arrival. (In order to maintain your security, credit cards are not accepted)

Damage Deposit: Kindly note that the sum of Euro200 is to be paid upon arrival as a damage deposit for long lets only. All damage deposits will be refunded upon leaving the flat if the flat, and its contents, in undamaged condition. Expenses to repair damage to the flat will be deducted from the damage deposit and the difference refunded to you.
